Volatile Water farming - 3-7k raw gold hr. - lvl 85+

Volatile Water farming is best if your server price is 30g+ each.

Lets start with the requirements:

1. You'll need to be at least level 84 (90+ will be a lot better, and make your farming quicker and more profitable)

2. Its really suggested that you buy the Potion of Treasure Finding on Auction House. This will effect the elementals drops, so that they will sometimes drop a chest called Tiny Treasure chest, which gives you an extra reward and makes the profit pr. hour. better at this spot.

3. Having the addon called "Cross Realm Assist"

This farming is quite simple, because you are are actually only going around killing the Water Elementals and they have a pretty fast respawn time, but it is still better to have the addon "Cross Realm Assist".

Where is the Water Elementals?

Twilight Highlands:

When you reach the place inside the red ring, you should see a lot of "Muddied Water Elementals":

The main objective in this farming is the Volatile Water, as the description tells.

After 1 hour of farming here, with the Potion of Treasure Finding, the result looks like this:

Volatile Water 134 x 17g (AH price) = 2278g (Be aware that this price is really low and should be higher on your server. This is price is the one on Silvermoon EU. -> On Argent Dawn EU the price is 30g which means almost twice as much on this realm!)

Green item vendored = 153g (Rewards better with enchanting)

Embersilk Cloth 196 x 39s (AH price) = 76g (From Tiny Treasure Chest)

Pyrite Ore 22 x 27g (AH price) = 594g (From Tiny Treasure Chest)

Elementium Ore 32 x 90s (AH price) = 29g (From Tiny Treasure Chest)

Volatiles 54 x 1-20g (AH price) = 250-400g (From Tiny Tr

easure Chest)

Gold made without Potion of Treasure Finding: 2431g

Gold made with Potion of Treasure Finding: 3480g

This methode can be used, if you just want to make some gold fast, instead of transmog farming, where selling can take ages. The volatiles are usually sold within 1-3 hours (depending on server)

Always remember that all the price varies from realm to realm! You might make up to twice as much as I made on this run!
